Order and Other

8 January - 17 February 2026

Order and Other brings together fourteen artists whose abstract practices explore systems, structure, and the points at which order begins to give way. Across painting, photography, and mixed media, the works engage repetition, pattern, geometry, and constructed space as tools for testing perception and visual logic.

Rather than presenting abstraction as a unified style, the exhibition foregrounds difference — proposing multiple approaches to form, process, and spatial organization. Order appears not as a fixed condition, but as something provisional: established, disrupted, recalibrated.

Through distinct material and formal strategies, the artists in Order and Other treat abstraction as an active mode of inquiry, one capable of holding instability, contradiction, and ambiguity. The exhibition positions abstraction as a contemporary language shaped as much by intuition and labor as by structure and system.
